- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Office Environment experience preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets experience preferred.
- Provide superior customer service to Field Leadership and/or Clients.
- Effectively manage a large volume of emails daily. (Gmail)
- Monitor/ address general emails received within relation to assigned job duties in a timely fashion.
- Create, update and maintain spreadsheets and other documents utilizing primarily G-Suite products (Google Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Completing assigned reports in a timely manner
- Ability to work with a small and/or large group to complete assigned tasks.
- computer skills including:
- Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Windows
- Well organized and ability to manage multiple priorities on a daily basis.
