Responsibilities

Provide guidance and assist buyers in finding and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms to ensure a smooth home buying process
Determine clients' needs and abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Prepare necessary contracts and documents
Promote sales through prospecting and open houses
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Skills

Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills
Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
Proven track of successful sales record
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
Real estate agent's or broker's license

This is not a salaried position. Your income is entirely commission-based and provides unlimited potential. A California real estate license is required before you can join our team.
