These are your responsibilities: * Independent multimedia support for customers and dealers * Close collaboration with technical and multimedia experts to handle customer inquiries * Responding to and advising on inquiries from the dealer network and customer requests * Ensuring the quality of our products through ongoing monitoring * Negotiating and implementing goodwill policies * Creating multimedia information for the dealer network * Acting as a liaison with the headquarters in France * Assisting with customer complaints What do you bring to the table? * Training as an automotive mechanic or technical basic education with training or further education as a customer service advisor * Experience in organization and project management * Good technical knowledge in automotive technology * Independent work style as well as customer and team orientation * Strong communication and mediation skills
