Will assist with the coordination and maintenance of the hospital's performance improvement initiatives;
Identifies trends and makes recommendations based on analysis of results and regulatory requirements.
Develop, implement and monitor performance improvement plans based on data, input from leaders and staff, and personal observation
Oversee and lead a formal Quality Improvement program developing performance improvement targets across the organization.
Provide appropriate feedback based on data analysis and observation.
Assumes responsibility for meeting state and national regulatory requirements, as well as quality outcomes
Assist in investigation of complaints and implement corrective action plans
Regular, reliable attendance is required to ensure the highest level of patient care
Follows hospital safety and quality standards and expectations, as it pertains to job performance and patient care

Bachelors Degree from an accredited School of Nursing
