    Talent Attraction Advisor

    The ideal candidate has full life cycle recruitment experience and a 'roll up your sleeves' attitude.

    As a subject matter expert and trusted partner to hiring managers, the Talent Advisor will own the hiring manager and recruiter relationships and drive momentum to meet and exceed hiring targets to ensure appropriate staffing levels associated with assigned business segment(s).

    Responsibilities The Company is one of North America's leading sales and marketing agencies specializing in outsourced sales, merchandising, category management and marketing services to manufacturers, suppliers and producers of food products and consumer packaged goods.

    The Company services a variety of trade channels including grocery, mass merchandise, specialty, convenience, drug, dollar, club, hardware, consumer electronics and home centers.

    We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Advisor &Trusted Business Partner
    • Influence client groups by providing insightful market data to drive business growth and decisive action
    • Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding hiring partners in talent acquisition best practices for candidate attraction and recruitment processes, leveraging available resources, technology, and reporting data
    • Proactively establish and identify recruiting process enhancements to ensure a strong candidate pipeline for all skillsets
    • Evaluate, understand and advise stakeholders around supply and demand, labor market trends, best practices in interviewing and selection
    • Understand business objectives and connect the role talent and key competencies play in business success
    • Dependent upon the role type, and business needs, holds decision making authority to determine final slate of vetted candidates, and in certain instances, will make the hiring decision for 'direct placement' hires.
