Program Manager (PM)
in the Systems Development Division who is passionate about collaborative problem solving and working on the hardest national security problems.
The PM will initially be responsible for the planning and execution of a control account within a larger program and will have opportunities to manage stand-alone programs from proposal development / contract initiation through program close-out and transition.
The PM will also be responsible for facilitating business operations across the portfolio to enable successful execution.We believe that each candidate has a unique set of skills, experiences, and perspectives that could enable us to provide our customers with innovative solutions.

STRContracts, Finance, Security, and IT teams, providing quality assurance on reports, and tracking program risk to ensure timely, successful deliveries of products to the customer.
STRsub-contractors, ensuring smooth integration and accomplishment of assigned tasks.
Additionally, the PM will routinely collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to support the Portfolio Lead and other key stakeholders on staff planning, financial planning, recruiting and onboarding, and continuous improvement of internal security and IT processes.
Responsibilities include:
Effectively execute programs to ensure cost, schedule and technical program metrics are being tracked and within plan
Aid in proposal development by leading the capture and proposal writing/delivery while ensuring adherence to gated capture process
Lead and manage multi-functional teams across broad areas of expertise
Provide regular program briefs to System Development Portfolio Leadership and external stakeholders
Create and maintain an environment that fosters collaboration by giving clear direction and constructive feedback to the team
Monitor progress against goals:
anticipate risks, resolve issues, and initiate corrective actions as appropriate
Work in a fast-paced environment to enable successful contract execution
Build strong customer relationships and establish open lines of communication
Requirements:
Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience in Government contracting or research and development
Program Manager or Control Account Manager experience in a design and development and/or build contract including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) definition, schedule generation, financial analysis/reporting, and resource management
Experience in Proposal Development including planning and cost estimation
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Successful experience in leading and managing multi-discipline teams
Strong presentation and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications:
Active Security Clearance (Top Secret preferred)
Experience in Space, Air, and/or Undersea missions
Working knowledge of DoD or IC mission and acquisition process
Experience in Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
Experience in Risk and Opportunity Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience managing Research and Development (R&D) programs through all phases from ideation to technology research and product development
Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple, technically diverse programs and teams
Entrepreneurial spirit and eager to engage in technical marketing and business development
