Location:

Top Secret Clearance (TS-SCI) Required (Must be able to obtain a SCI)


We are seeking a Program Manager/ Technical to support the Joint Program Office (JPO) Support Services in support of the Director Operational Test and Evaluation (DOT&E)/Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) Program.


Job Description Responsibilities:

  • Support Program Management duties including Monthly Status Report preparation, convening monthly technical status meetings, providing quality management, etc.
  • Provide technical leadership, management, direction, administration, and quality assurance across all aspects of the JPO Support Services task areas.
  • Serve as the primary onsite POC in Suffolk VA providing direct advice to JPO senior leadership, and the COR on contractual, programmatic, and technical matters.
  • Support monthly Technical Status Meetings with JT&E Technical Point of Contact other Government Stakeholders.
  • Support advanced operations research, mathematics, and statistics as applicable to DoD operational testing and evaluation.
  • Support joint exercises process and the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC).
  • Aid in developing and testing TTPs through Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) networks as part of a Joint Live, Virtual, and Constructive (JLVC) environment.
  • Consult on Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) issues and techniques for inclusion in the design, development, and planning of JTs and evaluations.
  • Understanding and experience with modern and innovative tools and methodologies supporting the future digital age.
  • Establish and implement a training program to enhance the staff's capabilities and expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in applied mathematics, science, or engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience related to defense test and evaluation, acquisition, or joint military operations.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • 8+ years of experience in Program/Project Management.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple tasks, labor categories in support of a DoD Program Office.
  • 10+ years' experience in Defense test and evaluation.
  • Joint duty or active participation in a joint duty assignment or operational test and evaluation (T&E) experience.
  • Service headquarters staff officer and Joint Schools such as the war college experience.
  • Prior experience in the management of testing and evaluation.
  • Experience with joint exercises process, the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC).
