Leidos QTC Health Services seeks an experienced Business Analyst to join our corporate IT team.


At
Leidos QTC Health Services, the Business Analyst is responsible for the complete process from pre-to post-RFP phases of all proposals.

Duties may include a knowledge of corporate data resources and the ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize that data to meet the proposal requirements.

This position may also be responsible for coordinating across multiple departments to support proposal efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review customer medical requirements and translate them into standard Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes to be used by operations, Finance, Provider Management, Business Development, and Capture Management
  • Support establishment and maintenance of pricing per CPT code and work with Provider Management on establishing provider rates
  • Support establishment of initial Rough Order of Magnitude ('ROM') pricing estimates of customer requirements to be used for Opportunity Interest Reviews
  • Work on capture team to help interpret nuances in customer requirements which includes help with final pricing as well as any technical writeup around medical exam requirements
  • Assist capture with Position to Win analysis
  • Prepare and/or deliver presentations for Senior Management

Competencies:


  • Solid knowledge of OSHA requirements and standards around surveillance programs
  • Solid knowledge of industry specific occupational hazards and medical surveillance requirements
  • Ability to translate vague customer requests into comprehensive requirements and services
  • Understand professional licensure and certification requirements for OSHA compliance
  • Understand medical equipment and testing requirements associated with medical surveillance programs
  • Ability to monitor compliance standards and changes in OSHA requirements, CPT guidance and other reference sources
  • Business acumen based on proposal type (e.g. Clinic Operations, Occupational Health and Disability exam business, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, data analysis, problemsolving and presentation skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer software skills
  • Proficient skills with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Selfmotivated with strong organizational, followup and multitasking skills
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional Written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to quickly foster relationships and credibility at all levels of the organization

Education and/or Experience:
(includes certificate & licenses)


  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Healthcare, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Solid knowledge of medical billing & coding (e.g. CPT codes)
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in a related field required
  • Experience establishing new contracts and services for Occupational Health services
  • Occupational event support or management such as hearing conservation or annual vaccine
  • Experience developing and writing policy for occupational health clinic operations

Pay and Benefits:


Salary Range:
$101,700-$124,000 _w/ 8% annual bonus eligibility_


Other levels may be considered:


  • The salary ranges for each level are as follows:_
  • Level 4 7+ years of experience: $101,700$124,000 w/ 8% annual bonus eligibility_
  • Level years of experience: $122,148$149,000 w/ 9% annual bonus eligibility_
