JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Electrical Project Manager and Senior Superintendent, the Foreman has responsibility for planning new installation projects, maintaining electrical systems and repairing or replacing electrical equipment throughout the assigned projects.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Plans new installation and remodel projects.
- Reviews job books and assigned work.
- Assist with pricing change orders.
- Supervises and quality control employees in job site. Jobs will have 34 electricians at a time.
- Works with tools. This is a working foreman position.
- Performs electrical job inspections/ installations and ensures work is completed according to local codes and requirements.
- Orders materials for projects.
- Coordinates jobs with general contractors on site supervision
- Files daily reports.
- Responds to emergencies after normal business hours.
- Works with tools as needed.
- Position is based out of Tampa but would need to be willing to travel Monday thru Friday.
Travel accommodations. All travel is set up by coordinator. Daily per diem is provided when traveling
Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
