Construction Project ExecutiveCum Laude Group is a general contractor and builder of the finest custom homes in Westchester and Fairfield counties. Our residential projects are in the $3 to $10+ million range.
We are seeking a construction project executive to work in conjunction with our in-the-field project managers.
The job requires careful tracking of job-related expenses for assigned projects and closely working with our network of subcontractors and vendors.
Responsible for preparing AIA invoices for clients. Must be able to communicate change order to architects and the clients.3+ years experience in similar position preferred.
Must have:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate with our clients and subcontractors
Follow through & execute on multiple tasks
Ability to negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to procure goods and services at best possible value to end customer
English fluency required
Education:
Bachelor's or greater in relevant field (preferred)
Experience:
Construction Experience, Not required, but helpfull
Work Location: 90% in office (White Plains) 10% in the field at various locations
Work Remotely:
No
Pay:
$65, $80,000.00 per year
