Responsibilities:


• Serve as the finance business partner and primary point of contact for marketing and retail teams in WEU


• Collaborate closely with marketing and retail departments to monitor annual expense budgets


• Conduct monthly financial analysis for marketing and retail expenses, and effectively communicate and explain complex financial and operational issues to a diverse audience


• Understand the different types of expenses (fixed, variable, semi-variable, etc.) in the marketing and retail departments and work with the business team to drive efficiencies and cost savings


• Optimize sales expense processes and provide guidance to ensure compliance with internal and external operations


• Participate in business transformation processes and provide valuable insights to facilitate the transformation


• Act as a financial advisor and partner on other tasks and projects related to sales expense management, and lead projects for the finance team

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in finance, accounting, or a related field


• At least 3 years of work experience


• Ability to effectively interact with senior business stakeholders


• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and ability to quickly learn new software and tools
