    Description

    Are you a seasoned superintendent or construction manager with a knack for residential construction projects? gpac, a 30 years recruitment company, is proud to partner with a well-established company in the residential luxury construction homebuilding industry that is seeking a talented Residential Project Manager to join their team.

    With over 15 years of experience in custom homebuilding, our client company offers a supportive work environment and the chance to work on exciting projects that include $500,000 to 10M custom home projects from the ground up.

    Residential remodeling, renovation, or reconstruction projects are not necessary, but are an added bonus

    Manage Foreman and subcontractors
    Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and communicate progress updates to relevant parties
    Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
    Monitor and report on project progress

    Project management
    project and team leader


    Software:
    Autodesk
    MS Office
