Description
Sushi by Bou is hiring a Cocktail Server for our new restaurant located inside the Citizen M hotel.


Compensation:
Hourly plus great tips

Responsibilities:


  • Welcome guests to the venue
  • Oversee the dining room and make it a warm, fun and welcoming place
  • Ensure all guests have an exemplary dining experience
  • Actively taking and processing reservations
  • Answering incoming calls and questions
  • Must be personable and provide fast friendly service to guests.
  • We are looking for an experienced maitre'd to be the face at our speakeasy and sushi counter
  • Providing accurate wait times to walk ins and monitoring reservations
  • Escort customers to their seats based upon reservations
  • Coordinate with staff about available seating options
  • Pouring water for customers & taking drink orders

Qualifications or Requirements:


  • Previous hospitality experience
  • Minimum 2 years
  • Previous cocktail and/or floor server experience required
  • Experience in a highvolume restaurant/nightclub/lounge
  • Excellent customer service skills are required
  • Must possess good attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
  • Have a working knowledge of Spirits, Wine and Food
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrable customerservice skills
