    En tant que freelance, vous serez basé à Casablanca, au sein de la filiale d'une banque internationale, et rejoindrez le département qui regroupe les ressources dédiées aux risques non financiers opérationnels et réglementaires. Vous serez amené à travailler en étroite collaboration avec tous les acteurs de la banque d'investissement à savoir les équipes ORM, les desks de trading algorithmique ainsi que leurs correspondants IT world wide

    Dans le cadre de la mise en place de la cellule IRT (Independant Risk Team) en charge du monitoring en temps réel de l'activité algorithmique de MARK, votre rôle sera de :

    - Concevoir, développer et déployer une solution informatique permettant de:

    • Récupérer des informations concernant l'activité du trading algorithmique de différents systèmes detrading (via fichiers, API ou bases de données)
    • Stocker ces informations à des fins de reporting et investigation en cas d'anomalie détectée
    • Réaliser des tableaux de bord permettant de restituer les données stockées et participer à l'évolution des indicateurs de risques opérationnels
    • Notifier et créer des alertes en cas de détection d'anomalie

    - Participer aux projets techniques impactant l'activité dans un contexte d'optimisation et d'industrialisation des processus notamment par la contribution à l'amélioration et l'automatisation des contrôles de l'équipe EDO

    - Travailler en équipe avec les différents contributeurs : développement IT, contrôle et management

    PROFIL:
    Titulaire d'un Bac+5 avec minimum 3 ans d'expériences en programmation web, ayant idéalement des connaissances en finance de marchés et du risque opérationnel

    Les compétences requises :
    Technique :
    Backend: Python (FastApi, Django, Flask ...) ou Java (springboot ...)
    Frontend : Angular ou React ou JavaScript)
    Base de données : SQL, PostgreSQL

    Les qualités requises :

    • Avoir la passion du code propre et performant, ainsi que des bonnes pratiques (SOLID, TDD, ...)
    • Partager nos valeurs, celles de l'échange, du travail d'équipe, de l'entraide, du partage et de l'agilité
    • Avoir une bonne communication et une bonne capacité de vulgarisation
    • Avoir un Français et anglais courants vous permettant de travailler dans un environnement international

    Durée de la Mission : 3 mois renouvelables ( visibilité du projet sur 1 année minimum )
