Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team.

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facility.

Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy of contents against shipping documents.
Organize and maintain inventory, including conducting regular stock counts and assisting with inventory audits.
Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse space, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks, as needed.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
Follow company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds.
Familiarity with warehouse procedures and equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory management software preferred.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
