Technical Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day efficient operations and effective management, providing technical assistance on MS Intune, Azure AVD, VMware end-user computing devices and/or Virtual desktop -related issues Strong hands-on experience on Patch management deployments, patching and updates, and operating system imaging ensuring technical training development; and working in collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure services are delivered and met at the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Provide technical expertise in the Microsoft Intune management platform and Administer Windows devices using Intune. Package and deploy legacy Win32 applications using modern formats like Intune win and MSIX. Proficient in setting up Windows Autopilot enrollment, EPS, Deployment profiles. Familiarity with Endpoint security, Microsoft Defender, firewall configurations, and URL/domain whitelisting.
