Description
As a Short-Term Rental Property Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee the operations and management of short-term rental properties - both local and remote, ensuring guest satisfaction, property maintenance, and profitability.
You will be tasked with handling various aspects of property management, including guest communications, property listings, cleaning services coordination, and government required reporting.
Responsibilities:

Guest Communication and Hospitality:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Coordinate checkins and checkouts, including key exchanges and property orientations.
Property Listing Management:
- Ensure accurate and appealing property descriptions, highquality photos, and competitive pricing to attract potential guests.
- Monitor booking calendars and update availability accordingly.
Property Maintenance and Cleaning:
- Oversee regular property maintenance, including repairs, landscaping, and pest control, to ensure properties are wellmaintained and in good condition.
- Coordinate cleaning services between guest turnovers, ensuring properties are cleaned thoroughly and on time.
Pay:
From $55,000.00 per year
