- be highly organized;
- have the ability to draft legal correspondence, pleadings, and discovery;
- be attentive to deadlines and take a proactive approach;
- proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- be dependable
- All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
- opening files from conception through managing the claim;
- monitoring client medical treatment and gathering all relevant medical information;
- communicating with Medicare, DPW, and insurance providers when applicable.

Qualifications:
The successful Pre-Litigation PIP Paralegal will:
