The New Pionier Workwear GmbH develops and distributes fashion for the professional everyday life under the label Pionier Workwear. In a wide variety, we offer high-quality and functional clothing for industry, trade, and services. Our pattern makers develop collections that are based on what people wear professionally, which protects them and also makes them look good.

This is your area of responsibility:

You actively acquire new customers and support our existing retailers through regular visits on site in your sales area
You present our collection as a brand ambassador in the showroom, at the customer's location, and at national trade fairs
You organize and carry out promotional activities at the POS and provide product training
You work closely with the customer service team and product management
You create customer and market analyses as well as reports

You can demonstrate these qualifications:

A completed commercial training or a business administration degree
At least 3 years of professional experience in sales of workwear and PPE
Excellent market knowledge in the workwear specialist trade, very good customer contacts in the technical trade as well as object customers
Knowledge in building a customer-specific collection
Confident and friendly appearance
Entrepreneurial thinking and sales-oriented, efficient
