Your profile:

You have successfully completed training as a registered nurse for pediatric care (m/f/d) and have several years of experience in pediatrics
You possess strong professional and social skills, as well as organizational and assertiveness abilities
You are flexible, dedicated, and interested in regular specialized training
Your independent and responsible work style, as well as your ability to work well in a team, round out your profile

Your responsibilities:

You will coordinate and manage the pediatric department during night shifts
You will support the emergency department and wards to ensure the nursing care of patients during the night
You will manage bed and patient transfers in coordination with the medical team
In case of staff shortages, you may also take on night shifts in the pediatric department
You will monitor and ensure proper staffing schedules
