Your Responsibilities

Consulting and supporting the management and departments in corporate, contract (especially contracts with partners), and general commercial law
Advising the group companies on all corporate law matters in Germany and abroad (including internal policies and contracts)
Legal support for international expansion initiatives (advising on the establishment of local subsidiaries, branches, and joint ventures with strategic partners), transactions, and other strategic projects (including preparation and support of due diligence, drafting purchase agreements)
Preparation, support, and implementation of managing director and shareholder resolutions, as well as general corporate housekeeping
Coordination with internal departments and external parties (especially legal advisors, notaries, authorities)
Identification, analysis, evaluation, and management of legal risks
Independent management of projects, e.g. in the area of compliance
You report directly to the Chief Legal Officer
