Principal Duties AND Responsibilities:

• Work with four computer software platforms to enter data, import or export data, set data attributes
• Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
• Research vehicle, car electronics and client data online
• Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
• Verify client provided data by comparing it to source information
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
• Maintains database by entering new vehicles, car electronics and clients' product information
• Troubleshoots data or data matching errors and correct
• Test customer facing user experience of software platforms for accuracy
• Will spend the majority of workday on the computer
• Other duties as assigned

JOB Qualifications:

*Proven experience as data entry employee (2 years)

• Excellent knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Office Excel etc.) and proficient using MS Word and Outlook
• Strong understanding of how data entry inputs affect the customer experience output
• Car Electronics aftermarket product knowledge a plus
• Accurate typing skills and attention to details a must

*Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Work Location:

North Andover, MA.

Compensation:
$15.00 per hour (30 hours per week)
