Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate client appointments, and consultations with medical staff, optimizing scheduling to accommodate client preferences and medical staff availability. Maintain an organized appointment calendar and effectively communicate any changes or updates to clients and staff.

Facility Maintenance:
Maintain the reception area's cleanliness, tidiness, and aesthetic appeal, ensuring it reflects our commitment to luxury and excellence. Monitor and restock supplies as needed to support smooth operations.

Client Relations:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally. Proactively seek feedback to enhance the client experience and promote client loyalty and satisfaction.
E
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with medical staff and administrative colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Contribute to a positive and cohesive team environment through effective communication and teamwork.2.
Qualifications
A. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a medical or luxury service environment - Advantage.
B. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels.
C. Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and appointment scheduling software.
D. Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Pay:
Up to $47,000.00 per year
