As a customer service representative you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from existing and potential clients and servicing personal lines accounts.

Requirements for CSR Include:
- A Property and Casualty Insurance License is required. (4 40, 20 44 or 220)
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and various CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, peopleoriented
- Selfmotivated and enjoy a challenge
- Ethical and honest
