As a customer service representative you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from existing and potential clients and servicing personal lines accounts.

This will include accurately processing client policy endorsements, verifying customer coverage and providing proof of insurance when requested. You will work independently and also collaboratively with producers and virtual assistants on our team.

Requirements for CSR Include:

  • A Property and Casualty Insurance License is required. (4 40, 20 44 or 220)
  • Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and various CRM systems
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, peopleoriented
  • Selfmotivated and enjoy a challenge
  • Ethical and honest
