- Flexible hours and pay , need weekend and weekday help .
- Job for NP will likely start out as daytime hourly help w psychiatrist on site w closer supervision then can move on to shift work or PT/FT/or PRN desired . Does not need to be independent or 103 .
- Hourly pay for 4-8 hour work day, hours flexible . Once trained / comfortable can move on to take on shift work alone w psychiatrist available by phone . Pay is per hour for NP depending on experience and flexibility. For psychiatrist please inquire . This is 1099 work , no benefits , flexibility with time, and no commitment needed while on trial to see if it is a fit . Malpractice included for NP. Great team of staff . Facility next to county psych facility and has capacity of 8 patients on site total , medically cleared from cottage ED text first or send CV .
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatry
- Valid and current Nurse Practitioner licensure
- Certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment across the lifespan
- Knowledge of psychiatric medications and their indications, contraindications, side effects, and interactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
