Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawn Care Crew Leader to join our team.

As a Lawn Care Crew Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our clients' lawns and landscapes.

This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of various lawn care techniques and the ability to operate both hand and power tools.

Duties:

Mow lawns using push or riding mowers, ensuring even and clean cuts
Trim and edge around walkways, flower beds, and other landscape features
Irrigate lawns and gardens to ensure proper hydration
Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning, weeding, and mulching
Operate hand tools such as rakes, shovels, and shears for various landscaping tasks
Utilize power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and chainsaws for efficient work
Perform snow plowing and ice removal during winter months

Skills:

Strong knowledge of lawn care practices and techniques
Proficiency in landscape maintenance tasks
Familiarity with operating hand tools for digging, planting, and pruning
Mechanical knowledge to operate power tools safely and effectively
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail for precise lawn maintenance
Physical stamina to withstand long hours of outdoor work in various weather conditions
