Banquet Server Canopy by Hilton Charlotte Southpark, 4905 Barclay Downs Drive, Charlotte , North Carolina, United States of America Req 6078 Thursday, April 11, 2024 The Banquet Server at the Canopy by Hilton South Park is responsible for providing prompt, friendly, & accurate food service to our guests.

This person will take food and beverage orders and serve food items to guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and give a clear and correct description of food and beverage options Deliver hot to order items from kitchen to tables Prepare coffee as well as other specialized drinks Clear, clean, and reset tables for dining as needed Observe diners and respond to requests Complete daily inventory prep sheet Knowledge and familiarity of current food and beverage offerings Escort guests to tables as needed Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies and procedures, i.e.

, product rotation, dating, labeling, and cleaning Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding areas Demonstrate knowledge of hours and available amenities of the hotel Requirements:

Previous serving experience a plus, but will train the right fit High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent Exceptional customer service skills A can-do attitude and a hands-on approach A flexible schedule that allows availability days, nights, holidays, and weekends based on the demands of the hotel Our Company MCR is the 3rd-largest hotel owner-operator in the United States.
