Our team in Germany works in a hybrid setup with our clients in the region and is located in the center of Stuttgart.

With 4 to 5 days per week in the office, you will be there for our team and ensure that everything runs smoothly and we feel comfortable in the office.

Your Challenge

  • Office Management: You are responsible for office management, communication with suppliers and service providers, as well as ordering office supplies and equipment
  • Secretariat: You answer calls, incoming and outgoing emails, and handle general and internal office management tasks such as booking meeting rooms, welcoming visitors, preparing meetings, and assisting the finance department
  • Team Assistance: You are the first point of contact for our employees when it comes to planning business trips and booking training courses
  • Event Management: You support in organizing and preparing team and office events such as Thirsty Thursdays and our summer and Christmas parties
