ZIA provides comprehensive and unified representation of the diverse real estate industry, reflecting its importance for the national economy. As a business and association federation, it gives the entire real estate industry a voice at the national and European level - and within the Federation of German Industries (BDI).We are currently looking for an employee (m/f/d) in Member Services / Key Account (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Berlin. What tasks can you expect?
  • Support and expansion of ZIA's member services
  • Point of contact for all questions related to membership (single point of contact)
  • Proactive support in acquiring new members
  • Onboarding of new members
  • Development of modern strategies for member retention
  • Data management and continuous optimization of ZIA's CRM
  • Liaison with various departments of ZIA regarding membership matters
  • Assistance with member satisfaction surveys
What skills should you bring?
  • Completed commercial training (industrial clerk, real estate clerk, insurance clerk) or equivalent qualification
