Traveling Superintendent Job Duties:
- Superintendent shall supervise all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors on a daily basis. This supervision shall ensure adequate manpower is available for each task and work performed.
- Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
- Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
- Communicate with the project team regarding project drawings, RFI's, and Material Submittals.
- Ensure that each subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work.
- Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
- Identify subcontractor noncompliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
- Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to the project team for resolution.
- Maintain a daily log of activities on the jobsite.
- Ensure each subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team.
- Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.
- Issue notices of noncompliance to subcontractors in regards to quality of work or scheduling.
- Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.
- Assist with budgeting, bidding, and awarding of subcontracts as needed.
- Maintain uptodate records of submittals, shop drawing, and construction drawings onsite to ensure a proper installation is achieved.
- 5+ years a superintendent with focus on commercial ground up and TI projects
- Familiarity with Procore software
- Ability to understand construction documents and plans.
- A willingness to travel frequently and the ability to operate in different cultures is also vital to your success
- Good working knowledge of construction practices, tools, terminology, and safety precautions of the trade (35 years relevant supervisor experience required)
- Ability to work well and communicate efficiently with clients, subcontractors, and other team members.

- Per diem 50.00/ day worked
- Lodging/ per diem is $830.00/ week if the super chooses a weekly lump sum.
- Air Travel is company paid.
- Incentive is typically two weeks pay. Performance incentive is additional.
Pay:
$80, $110,000.00 per year
