    Brokerage Construction Practice Leader (250K+ bonus)NY region
    Well established insurance firm needs a solid performer to lead their Construction Group team.

    An internal promotion has created this excellent opportunity for an individual with both strong market relationships and solid technical knowledge, along with 10-15 years experience, including management.

    Duties encompass client managment, team supervision, business development and account penetration. The ideal candidate will have experience in all forms of construction, including wrap-ups. This is not a production role per se – although there will be sales opportunties.

    Previous sales experience and/or a book of business is always a plus; however, moving a book of business is not necessary.
