Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Operations and Project Coordinator to manage our projects from inception to completion.

This role is pivotal in maintaining client relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of project management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communications.
• Handle administrative tasks including compliance documentation, invoicing, and scheduling.
• Support the bid process for new projects, including government and private bids.

Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience.

Performance Bonuses:

Project Bonus: Bonus for each project completed, based on the scope and profitability of the project.

Bid Bonus: Additional bonus for each successful bid won, enhancing our project portfolio.


Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management or operations coordination.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in low voltage systems is a plus but not required.
