Description
Classic Care Health Services provides in-home support to our vast clientele. Our aides help our patients deal with the everyday activities of daily living.They have been extensively trained to work with clients and have been known to be the reliable support system to our multitude of clients.
Position RequirementsHigh School Diploma/GED
Previous experience working for a home health care agency preferred
Previous experience in a high volume call center
Excellent knowledge of clinical and office software
Data entry skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong computer skills using the Microsoft Suite
Previous experience using an electronic documentation system preferred
The position involves:
Scheduling Home Health Aide services with our patients and their families to meet the plan of care and/or specific requests of hours needed by the patient when private duty/private pay hours are requested.
Following up with third party payers/insurance companies and patients to determine coverage availability and authorizations for the services ordered.
Hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm on call nights and weekends.

$ $19.00 per hour
