    Description

    As a Senior Associate in the Department of Orthopaedics, you will be providing 100% of your effort in direct clinical patient care and clinical academic responsibilities.

    Expectations for this role include, but are not limited to, those outlined below:

    Participating in a comprehensive range of training related to your specialty under the direction of a designated Orthopaedic Attending.

    These activities may take place inpatient, and outpatient services at Emory University Orthopaedics locations and include:

    Assimilate skills in evaluation and management of all disease related disorders.
    Perform full spectrum surgical and/or non-surgical methods; including minimally invasive techniques as necessary.
    Provide independent patient management.
    Participate in diagnostic and therapeutic interventions as related to your specialty:
    Engage and gain exposure with designated orthopaedic

    Participate in the development and completion of two clinical or translational research projects specific to your specialty and suitable for publication.

    Participate in the clinical education, training, and development of residents and medical students through on-site clinical rotation activities and campus-related conferences.

    Demonstrate constant professionalism with staff, residents, fellows, and attendings in clinic, operating room, and
    Provide at least one Grand Rounds
    Lead journal
    Participate in appropriate conferences on a regular
    Keep an active case log for quarterly submission to the Program
