- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in financial analysis, planning, and management, with experience in a leadership role preferred.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for forecasting and budgeting to support strategic decision-making and improve operating margins
- Lead the creation and presentation of financial forecasts and analyses to executive management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
- Assist in preparing monthly board updates, quarterly board presentations, and investor presentations
- Design and implement financial and balance sheet optimization strategies, operational efficiency, and cost reduction, including automation and process improvement
- Conduct thorough market and financial analyses to support recommendations on revenue growth and expense savings
