General Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate FP&A to join their team and play a pivotal role in shaping their financial performance and corporate strategy.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in financial analysis, planning, and management, with experience in a leadership role preferred.

Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for forecasting and budgeting to support strategic decision-making and improve operating margins
Lead the creation and presentation of financial forecasts and analyses to executive management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
Assist in preparing monthly board updates, quarterly board presentations, and investor presentations
Design and implement financial and balance sheet optimization strategies, operational efficiency, and cost reduction, including automation and process improvement
Conduct thorough market and financial analyses to support recommendations on revenue growth and expense savings
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related business field required; Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g
CFA, CPA) preferred.
