Responsibilities:


  • Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
  • Assist with inventory and order needed products
  • Enter inventory changes into system
  • Process credit cards
  • Fill Out and Return Customers' Vendor Questionnaires
  • Provide customer support and address inquiries
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Schedule trucks for incoming products, and for customer's shipments
  • Handle loss and damage claims with trucking companies
  • Coordinate with warehouse to handle problems or discrepancies with incoming products
  • Must contact vendor to work out shortages or damages or incorrectly shipped product

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fastpaced environment
  • Provide support to other departments as needed

Job Details:


  • Full Time: M-F
  • Pay:
$15.00 per hour


  • Location: Onsite

Pay:
$22.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
