Administrative Assistant - Warminster, United States - Phase 1 Construction
Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
- Assist with inventory and order needed products
- Enter inventory changes into system
- Process credit cards
- Fill Out and Return Customers' Vendor Questionnaires
- Provide customer support and address inquiries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule trucks for incoming products, and for customer's shipments
- Handle loss and damage claims with trucking companies
- Coordinate with warehouse to handle problems or discrepancies with incoming products
- Must contact vendor to work out shortages or damages or incorrectly shipped product
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a high volume, fastpaced environment
- Provide support to other departments as needed

- Pay:
- Location: Onsite
Pay:
$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
