- Lead and manage all aspects of audit processes, including planning, execution, and remediation efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and legal, to ensure alignment with compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular assessments of internal controls and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation related to compliance standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and regulatory agencies, facilitating audit activities and responding to inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices, proactively identifying emerging compliance issues and recommending appropriate actions.
- Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance overall compliance posture and risk management strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CISM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations, including SSAE, PCI, GDPR, and others.
- Proven track record of successfully managing audits and driving compliance initiatives.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex problems and develop practical solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools is desirable.

Job Description:
As the Senior Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all audit processes within the company, including but not limited to SSAE 18 SOC 1, PCI-DSS, PCI-3DS and other regulatory requirements.
