What can you expect?

  • You correspond with debtors, lawyers, and clients by phone and in writing
  • You independently handle out-of-court debt collection
  • You conduct proactive negotiations with debtors (payment agreements and settlements)
  • You create debt calculations, final calculations, design payment reminders, and realize and monitor payment agreements and deferrals, taking into account credit checks and risk analysis
  • You are responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations

What should you bring?

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You are confident and experienced in working with computers, especially MS Office
  • You have a quick grasp, work independently, flexibly, and reliably
  • You have experience in comprehensive company processes and procedures
