**Berkshire County Arc will tailor your schedule to fit your needs. Only work on breaks, weekends on or OK.

R esponsibilities**- Due to the nature of this position, hours must remain flexible and are assigned by a Manager in accordance with program operational needs. Must work a minimum of 100 hours per year to maintain employment. If unable to work a minimum of 100 hours per year, must obtain supervisor's
approval to remain active.

  • Accompany and drive individuals to appointments, shopping, vacations, and other social events or necessary appointments as requested.
  • Perform direct care and training as outlined in the Individual's Individual Support Plans (ISP) of each person.
  • Assist in the implementation of behavior intervention plans as specified in the Individual Support Plans, including but not limited to behavior plans, scripts and other individualized protocols.
  • High School Diploma/GED and 18 years of age or older (17 yrs old acceptable with limited responsibilities.) Valid Driver's license and insured vehicle.
