    As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with Varonis, you will play a pivotal role as the initial point of contact. Your responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, collaborating with Sales Representatives, and contributing to revenue generation in your assigned territory.

    In order to set you up for success in this role and unlock uncapped commissions, we provide thorough training to enhance your product knowledge. We foster a culture of internal promotion, with the SDR position serving as the foundation for a promising career journey.

    Responsibilities

    • Master the Varonis sales process and product portfolio to effectively engage potential customers.
    • Identify key decision makers among leads to kickstart the sales cycle.
    • Promote Varonis' offerings through targeted phone calls and email outreach.
    • Follow up on leads from various sources and collaborate with Account Managers on sales strategies.
    • Maintain detailed account information in Salesforce (CRM).

    Requirements

    • Hold a Bachelor's Degree or possess 1+ year of B2B sales experience or equivalent.
    • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Excel in handling high call volumes and possess strong phone etiquette.
    • Work effectively in a team environment and showcase influencing skills.
    • Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven setting with strong decision-making abilities.
    • Display personal drive and a sense of humor.
