    Join Our Team at Jivetel - Technical Support Specialist

If so, Jivetel is looking for you to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist at our Waterbury, CT office.

    Technical Familiarity :
    Basic knowledge of home and Small Business Routers/Firewalls and networking concepts.

    Responsibilities:
    As a Technical Support Specialist at Jivetel, you will:
    On-board new customers by understanding their needs and configuring our system accordingly.
    Process feature requests and changes for customers.
    Diagnose and troubleshoot service issues.
    Troubleshoot network and system issues.
    Own the customer experience and exceed their expectations.
    Answer incoming support calls and create detailed tickets to track and resolve issues.
    Perform onsite installation and maintenance of IP telephony and networking equipment.
    Educate and empower customers to optimize their use of our products.
    Collaborate with teams to propose improvements and optimize setup and implementation methods.
