- Making Repairs:Diagnose and perform necessary repairs to plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment efficiently and effectively.
- Presenting Multiple Options:Provide customers with clear and detailed explanations of repair or replacement options, helping them make informed decisions.
- Completing Installations:Install new plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Test Work and Provide Quality Assurance:Thoroughly test all completed work to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with quality standards, making necessary adjustments as required.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service Skills:Interact with customers professionally, actively listening to their needs and concerns, and addressing them promptly and courteously.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a service technician, specifically within the context of a residential service and replacement plumbing company
- Proficient knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment, along with the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of plumbing issues
- Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations
- Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment, as well as the ability to maintain and safely operate them.
- Valid Driver's License and Insurable Driving Record
