Your responsibilities will include:
Managing all aspects of construction for heating, plumbing, and ventilation trades Creating performance specifications, as well as work and installation plans Preparing measurements and ordering materials Monitoring construction processes in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality Ensuring quality control and reviewing invoices Your profile: Completed training as a technician/master (m/f/d) in the field of plumbing, heating, and ventilation or a comparable qualification Professional experience in construction management is desirable Ability to plan holistically and economically, and successfully implement plans Strong assertiveness and decision-making skills Enjoyment of a responsible and diverse role We offer: Attractive compensation and a secure, permanent position A company car for private use Extensive training opportunities High-quality and modern work equipment (such as iPhone or tablet) A collegial
