Your tasks- Working and actively participating in all commercial departments, e.g.:
- Booking and posting of invoices in financial accounting
- Creating employment contracts and supporting applicant management in the human resources department
- Participation in patient surveys in quality management
- Settlement of services with health insurance companies and other payers in service billing
- Ordering in procurement
- Insights into the therapeutic and nursing everyday life
- Collaboration and independent organization of onboarding and introduction day for new employees in the trainee team
The basis for this work are the social and health legal regulations that you will learn during your training.
Your profile- Completed secondary school diploma or (technical) high school diploma
- Enthusiasm for our special mission as a professional association clinic
- Interest in business processes
- Teamwork, flexibility and enjoyment of working with people
- Service-oriented thinking
- Good manners and German language skills in spoken and written form
- Structured, practical training
- Training allowance according to TV BG Kliniken BBiG
