TeamOne Logistics has partnered with BroadRange Logistics, a leading 3PL service company in a fast growth industry covering warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment.

We are currently looking for an experienced, professional and motivated Supervisor to join our family

Benefits:

Competitive salary of $50k/yr

Key Responsibilities:

Motivate employees, resolve issues, and make difficult decisions
Serve as a conduit of communication between employees and senior management
Implement established business strategy, assigning roles and tasks to dedicated team members based on strengths and abilities
Identify and implement positive changes in cost reduction and waste elimination
Meet and exceed organizational goals with optimum use of workforce and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with state and legal policies and procedures
Directly work with employees to meet quality and ontime delivery requirements; address production challenges and communicate to appropriate leadership
Partner with production department to manage workflow and ensure employees fully comprehend responsibilities and delegated tasks
Set performance goals and deadlines in line with company's vision
Monitor team productivity and provide performance evaluations, constructive feedback, mentorship, and discipline as needed
Receive and track employee and customer complaints and follow up with the warehouse manager before making any decisions

Physical Requirements:

- _Required to communicate, exchange information_
- _Requires the use of hands to move objects and merchandise_

Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move objects 30-40lbs
:

Requires the ability to stock shelves by climbing ladders or stairs; able to bend, twist, stoop, reach and lift/move inventory
Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision,

- peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
- _Exposed to warehouse conditions, cold/heat and noise_

Experience:

35 years warehouse supervisory experience required
Ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment

Forklift Certification preferred:

Good communication, organizational, time management, leadership and mathematical skills
Dependable, Reliable and Punctual
Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required
Able to interface with all levels of staff and management
Excellent customer service skills
