At our location in Essen, we are currently looking for a Senior Construction Manager (m/f/d) in the building sector to start as soon as possible.


Responsibilities:

  • Overarching management and execution of demanding projects
  • Organization and leadership of team members
  • Overall cost, schedule, and quality control during planning and construction

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or architecture
  • Several years of professional experience as a construction or project manager in turnkey construction
  • Good knowledge of VOB and relevant technical standards
  • Comprehensive expertise in project management
  • Leadership skills and good communication abilities
