Store Manager Position Type:
Full Time FLSA Exempt: No Reports to: Regional Manager


Job Purpose:


Maintaining the restaurant's efficient operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards while managing revenue, profitability, and quality goals.


Duties:


  • Lead by example manage workforce to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House operations
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to resolve customer complaints
  • Regularly review product quality and fix issues
  • Ensure food and supply inventory is sufficient to meet needs, Place food and supply orders
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Ensure all restaurant equipment is kept in good working order
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations and cleanliness
  • Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve
  • Maintain a clean and organized office
  • Hire, manage, and train restaurant employees
  • Managing employees onboarding and hiring to meet staffing demands
  • Help organize and sell special café events
  • Other similar duties as needed

Skills /Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role. Proven customer service experience asamanager. Extensive food and beverage(F&B) knowledge, with abilityto rem ember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and employees. Strong leadership, motivational and peop le skills. Acute financial management skills and experience working with budgets. Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills. Time management and the ability to delegate, be a strong leader who sets a positive example for the team.

Required Certifications

ServeSafe:
Food Manager Certification (or ANSI equivalent)
