Albany Country Club is currently seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities.


Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness of the facility
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors
• Clean and stock restrooms
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Assist with setting up for events or meetings as needed
• Notify management of any repairs or maintenance required
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures while handling cleaning chemicals
• Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing
• Ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization
• Familiarity with custodial duties such as trash removal and restroom cleaning
• Understanding of facilities maintenance practices
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

Job Types:

From $18.00 per hour

• Office

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Voorheesville, NY 12186: Relocate before starting work (required)
