Responsibilities (not limited to)

Nurture enriching relationships to build lasting clientele
Demonstrate consultative selling skills by assisting customers in choosing a vehicle through effective questioning and attentive listening
Continuously enhance product and sales knowledge to become an expert in our vehicles, options, and technologies
Deliver high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
Follow up with customers to drive successful referral business
Learn to address objections and excel in sales scenarios
Report to the Sales Manager on goals, activities, reviews, and analyses
Bring your best self and a positive mindset to work daily

Qualifications

Available to work flexible hours including weekends
Self-starter with ambitious drive highly preferred
Eager to rapidly learn product details and committed to improvement
Exceptional communication skills with customers and colleagues
Professional, well-groomed appearance
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
