Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Nurture enriching relationships to build lasting clientele
  • Demonstrate consultative selling skills by assisting customers in choosing a vehicle through effective questioning and attentive listening
  • Continuously enhance product and sales knowledge to become an expert in our vehicles, options, and technologies
  • Deliver high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
  • Follow up with customers to drive successful referral business
  • Learn to address objections and excel in sales scenarios
  • Report to the Sales Manager on goals, activities, reviews, and analyses
  • Bring your best self and a positive mindset to work daily

Qualifications

  • Available to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Self-starter with ambitious drive highly preferred
  • Eager to rapidly learn product details and committed to improvement
  • Exceptional communication skills with customers and colleagues
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
